Orders Outside the European Union
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the relevant item has not yet been fulfilled.
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, a cancellation request may be submitted for an unfulfilled item until that item is fulfilled. If an item has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through the order cancellation process. Any eligible return request will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
Please submit your request through your customer account where available, or contact AYUKO TOKYO through our Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed against the order’s fulfillment status and are not automatically approved or refunded.
Statutory Rights
This page does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under the law applicable to the order.

Founder and former international corporate consultant, Ayuko designs each piece, translating tacit Japanese artisanal knowledge into structured modernity.

With over 40 years of experience as a specialist sample seamstress, Ayako produced complex couture garments and first-run editorial samples for leading Japanese fashion houses. She now leads the making of each piece.

After studying fashion, Yuko worked in specialist brands focused on kimono and luxury fur, and now advises on fabric handling and construction.
